This program provides one-on-one coaching to directly address targeted needs and objectives of the leader-participant (and sponsor, if applicable) to produce leadership breakthroughs. The process includes initial data gathering (interviews and assessments, as needed), data analysis, guided feedback, creation of a path forward, and 3 months of coaching sessions to produce results.
