At Magma, Kevin consulted to the Lower Kalamazoo leadership team to create a future for the world’s largest underground copper mine nearing the end of its existence. Once production began, the Lower Kalamazoo was able to produce at 20% lower cost than the depleting mine and at nearly half the cost of mine production a few years earlier.
Kevin has consulted both nationally and internationally to organizations of all sizes in manufacturing, mining, health care, technology, utilities, education and government. He is a keynote speaker at national conferences and has been published and quoted in Forbes, CFO, Talent Management, Workforce Management, and Human Capital among others. Kevin has published over 100 articles on leadership and workplace performance transformation and has contributed a monthly column to major journals for more than 15 years.
