High Performance Culture

Conversations for Creating High Performance Cultures

Conversations can create a culture of engagement and commitment that fosters accountability. Skilled, authentic conversations can work for everyone in an organization to create powerful and enduring change. Skills emphasized and practiced in this workshop include:

• Choosing consent and commitment over compliance
• Confronting difficult issues
• Dealing with individual performance
• Proposing a change or exception to policy or practice
• Acknowledging doubt and failure
• Avoiding prescription by framing choices
• Dealing with resistance
• Engaging for commitment on a personal level

Time: Two Days

Power to reinvent the future

Every individual makes choices in the workplace each day—choices to commit or comply, engage or disengage, encourage or discourage. Ultimately, the organization that exists is made so by the choices of individuals. In order to create something new and more purposeful, each individual must define the possibilities for which he or she is willing to commit and place him or herself in that desired future. This engaging workshop enables participants to consider a more powerful future for themselves, customers and the business as a whole. Barriers to the desired future are confronted and participants determine their responses to these challenges. Participants will leave with the tools and capabilities to access the power of choice for greater contribution and fulfillment.
